After many failed attempt after burning and making sticky and gooey mess, I have found an easy method that I wish to share with you all. There are many type and various grains and according to type of rice, it requires different number of water to prepare those grains. The most common kind of rice are long grain, short grain, brown, sushi, and mix grains. Read your manufacture guide in the box or bag to determined level of water needed in order to cook it. My grandmother always rinsed the rice twice in tepid to warm water before cooking it, so I follow her way of making fluffy dish with separated grains. Make sure the vast majority of white residue have died in rinsing process.
Most variety will require 1 cup grains one.5 cup of water, other sorts of type will be needing 1 cup grains to a few cup water ratio. Short grains requires more water, while long grain grain requires less. Put little broth or little butter before cooking to generate plain rice flavorful and tasty. It always works best for me.
